GREEN STREET REAL ESTATE
Formed in 2009, Green Street Real Estate emerged through a partnership between Frank Lombardo, and life-long Doylestown residents and business owners, Rick Lyons and Steve Gilmore. In a turbulent economic environment, Green Street identified Central Bucks County as an underserved market for commercial real estate specialists. Currently, Green Street leases and maintains upwards of 500,000 square feet of commercial properties, all within a 30-minute drive of Doylestown.

Rick Lyons provides over 20 years of experience as a seasoned real estate developer who specializes in buying ground, gaining approvals, building the building, and bringing the project to full occupancy.
Steve Gilmore is not only a partner at Green Street, but is also the President and CEO of Gilmore & Associates, Inc., one of the region’s most dynamic civil engineering firms. Through Gilmore & Associates, Inc., Steve has either represented the Township or developers in getting site approvals and engineering site construction.
