Herb joined Green Street in February, 2018 in the Office Division. Herb brings 40 years of experience in the commercial real estate, land use and land development arena. He received his bachelor’s degree from Villanova University and his J.D. Degree from New York Law School.

Frank Lombardo
Principal
A 20-year veteran in the commercial real estate industry, Frank specializes in land development, retail and office leasing, and tenant representation throughout Southeastern Pennsylvania. Born and raised in Bucks County, he has strong roots in the Bucks County office industrial, and retail markets and is a tremendous resource for his knowledge and expertise.
